Staff
Staff members pass background screening, TB testing, fingerprinting and a physical before they are hired. All hired
staff are trained in CPR, First Aid, Infectious Disease control, Blood borne pathogens, Resident’s rights,
Safe food handling, DNR, Fall risk, Emergency and Elopement procedures.
Since medication management is the number one reason people need assisted living,
EVERY staff member is certified to assist with medication self-administration. It is comforting to know that if an emergency arises, we are minutes away from Broward Health North Response time for a 911 call is typically under 5 minutes.
